Samuel Johnson is a part of US Black heritage.

Samuel was born about 1860, the son of Henry Johnson and Julia Unknown. He passed away after the 1880 census.

In the 1870 census Samuel Johnson (age 10) was in Urbana, Champaign, Illinois.[1]

In the 1880 census Samuel Johnson (age 20), works on a farm, was the single son of Henry Johnson in Urbana, Champaign, Illinois.[2]
